Contract Notes
Once preparations were completed, various ornate plaster features were rebuilt with Fosroc Repair Mortars. Extensive use of our truck mounted cherry picker enabled pubic thoroughfare and preservation of the public bus stop immediately outside the building. Recoat specifications were provided by Peter Smithers, Waikato technical representative for Resene Paints, who employed the Resene Lumbersider system in selected heritage colours.
An additional service taken by our client was Graffiti Watch. With this, we inspect the building every morning at 6am for any Graffiti attack. Any discovered is either removed or obliterated by a fresh application of the correct matching material before it can be viewed by any members of the public.
